The Family of Daud

1 Now these were the sons of Daud who were born to him in Habrun: The firstborn was  Amnun, by Ahinuam the Yazraalitess; the second, Danial, by Abigail the Carmalitess; 

2 the third, Absalum the son of Maacah, the daughter of Talmai, king of Gashur; the fourth, Aduniyahu the son of Haggith; 

3 the fifth, Shephatyahu, by Abital; the sixth, Ithream, by his wife Aglah.

4 These six were born to him in Habrun. There he reigned seven years and six months, and in Yahushalam he reigned thirty-three years. 

5 And these were born to him in Yahushalam: Shimaa, Shubab, Nathan, and Shalumah, four by Bathshua the daughter of Ammial. 

6 Also there were Ibhar, Alishama, Aliphalat, 

7 Nugah, Naphag, Yaphia, 

8 Alishama, Aliada, and Aliphalat, nine in all. 

9 These were all the sons of Daud, besides the sons of the concubines, and Tamar their sister.

The Family of Shalumah 

10 Shalumah’s son was Rahubuam; Abiyahu  was his son, Asa his son, Yahushaphat his son, 

11 Yuram his son, Ahazyahu his son, Yuash his son, 

12 Amazyahu his son, Azaryahu his son, Yutham his son, 

13 Ahaz his son, Hazakyahu his son, Manassah his son, 

14 Amun his son, and Yusyahu his son. 

15 The sons of Yusyahu were Yuhanan the firstborn, the second Yuhuiakim, the third Zadakyahu, and the fourth Shallum. 

16 The sons of Yuhuiakim were Yacunyahu his son and Zadakyahu his son.

The Family of Yacunyahu 

17 And the sons of Yacunyahu were Assir, Shaaltial his son, 

18 and Malchiram, Padayahu, Shanazzar, Yakamyahu, Hushama, and Nadabyahu. 

19 The sons of Padayahu were Zarubbabal and Shimai. The sons of Zarubbabal were  Mashullam, Hananyahu, Shalumith their sister, 

20 and Hashubah, Uhal, Barachyahu, Hasadyahu, and Yushab-Hasad, five in all.

21 The sons of Hananyahu were Palatyahu and Yashayahu, the sons of Raphayahu, the sons of Arnan, the sons of Ubadyahu, and the sons of Shachanyahu. 

22 The son of Shachanyahu was Shamayahu. The sons of Shemayahu were Hattush, Igal, Baryahu, Naaryahu, and Shaphat, six in all. 

23 The sons of Naaryahu were Aliuanai, Hazakyahu, and Azrikam, three in all. 

24 The sons of Aliuanai were Hudabyahu, Aliashib, Palayahu, Akkub, Yuhanan, Dalayahu, and Anani, seven in all.
