st Dabar-Hayamym (1 Chronicles) — 16
The Ark Placed in the Tabernacle
So they brought the ark of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, and set it in the midst of the tabernacle that Daud had erected for it. Then they offered burnt offerings and Shalum offerings before 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH.
And when Daud had finished offering the burnt offerings and the Shalum offerings, he Baraked the people in the Name of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH.
Then he distributed to everyone of Yashar'AL, both man and woman, to everyone a loaf of bread, a piece of meat, and a cake of raisins.
And he appointed some of the Lauym to minister before the ark of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, to commemorate, to thank, and to praise 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH the 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH of Yashar'AL:
Asaph the chief, and next to him Zacharyahu, then Yaial, Shamiramuth, Yahial, Mattithyahu, Aliab, Banayahu, and Ubad-Adum: Yaial with stringed instruments and harps, but Asaph made music with cymbals;
Banayahu and Yahazial the Kuhanym regularly blew the trumpets before the ark of the covenant of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH.
Daud’s Song of Thanksgiving
On that day king Daud first delivered this Yadah into the hand of Asaph and his brethren, to thank 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH:
Oh, give Tudah (thanks) to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH! Call upon His Name; Make known His deeds among the people!
Sing to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, sing Yadah to Him; Talk of all His wondrous works!
Kabad in His Qadash Name; Let Joy fill the hearts of those who seek 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH!
Seek 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH and His strength; Seek the face of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH for evermore!
Remember the marvelous and wonderful works that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH had done, and the judgments of His mouth,
O seed of Yashar'AL His servant, You children of Ya'aqub, His chosen ones!
He is 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH our 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH; His judgments are in all the Arath.
Remember the covenant of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH forever, and the Dabar which He commanded, for a thousand generations,
The covenant which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH made with Abraham, And His oath to Yachaq,
And confirmed it to Ya'aqub for a statute, To Yashar'AL for an everlasting covenant,
Saying, “To you I will give the land of Canaan As the allotment of your inheritance,”
When you were few in number, Indeed very few, and strangers in it.
When they went from one nation to another, And from one kingdom to another people,
For 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH permitted no man to do them wrong; Yes, He rebuked kings for their sakes,
Saying, “Do not touch My anointed ones, And do My Nabym (prophets) no harm.”
Sing to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, all the Arath; Proclaim the good news of the salvation of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH from day to day.
Declare His Kabad among the nations, His wonders among all peoples.
For 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH is great and greatly to be Yadah (praised); 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH is also to be feared above all.
For all the idols of the peoples are idols, But 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH made the Shamaym.
Honor and majesty are before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH; Strength and gladness are in His place.
Give to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, O Yashar'AL, Give Kabad to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH with your strength.
Give to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH the Kabad due to His Name; Bring an offering, and come before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH. Worship 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH in the beauty of righteousness!
Tremble before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, all the Arath. The world also is firmly established, It shall not be moved.
Let the Shamaym rejoice, and let the Arath be glad; And let them say among the nations, “𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH reigns.”
Let the Yam (sea) roar, and all its fullness; Let the field rejoice, and all that is in it.
Then the trees of the woods shall rejoice before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, For 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH is coming to judge the Arath.
Oh, give thanks to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.
And say, “Save us, O 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH of our salvation; Gather us together, and deliver us from the other nations, To give thanks to Your Qadash Name, To triumph in Your Yadah.”
Baraked be 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH the 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH of Yashar'AL From everlasting to everlasting! And all the people said, So be it, and they Yadah 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH.
Regular Worship Maintained
So king Daud left Asaph and his brothers there before the Ark of the covenant of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH to minister before the Ark regularly, as every day’s work required;
and Ubad-Adum with his sixty-eight brethren, including Ubad-Adum the son of Yaduthun, and Husah, to be gatekeepers;
and Zaduk the Kuhan and his brethren the Kuhanym, before the tabernacle of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH at the high place that was at Gibaun,
to offer burnt offerings to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH on the altar of burnt offering regularly morning and evening, and to do according to all that is written in the Law of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH which He commanded Yashar'AL;
and with them Haman and Yaduthun and the rest who were chosen, who were designated by name, to give thanks to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, because His mercy endures forever;
and with them Haman and Yaduthun, to sound aloud with trumpets and cymbals and the musical instruments of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH. Now the sons of Yaduthun were gatekeepers.
Then all the people departed, every man to his house; and Daud returned to Barak his house.
