Yubalym (Jubilee) — 2

1 And the Malak of the presence spoke to Musha according to the Dabar of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, saying: Write the complete history of the creation, how in six days 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH finished all his works and all that he created, and kept Shabbat on the seventh day and sanctified it for all ages, and appointed it as a sign for all his works.

2 For on the first day 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH created the Shamaym which are above and the Arath and the waters and all the ruachuth which serve before him the Malakym of the presence, and the Malakym of sanctification, and the Malakym of the ruach of fire and the Malakym of the ruach of the winds, and the Malakym of the ruach of the clouds, and of darkness, and of snow and of hail and of hoar frost, and the Malakym of the voices and of the thunder and of the lightning, and the Malakym of the ruachuth of cold and of heat, and of winter and of spring and of autumn and of summer and of all the ruachuth of his creatures which are in the Shamaym and on the Arath,

3 For 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH created the abysses and the darkness, evening and night, and the light, dawn and day, which he has prepared in the knowledge of His heart. And thereupon we saw his works, and Yadah 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, and lauded before him on account of all his works; for seven great works did he create on the first day.

4 And on the second day 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH created the expanse in the midst of the waters, and the waters were divided on that day half of them went up above and half of them went down below the expanse that was in the midst over the face of the whole Arath. And this was the only work 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH created on the second day.

5 And on the third day 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH commanded the waters to pass from off the face of the whole Arath into one place, and the dry land to appear.

6 And the waters did so as 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH commanded them, and they retired from off the face of the Arath into one place outside of this expanse, and the dry land appeared.

7 And on that day, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH created for them all the Yamym (seas) according to their separate gathering places, and all the rivers, and the gatherings of the waters in the mountains and on all the Arath, and all the lakes, and all the dew of the Arath, and the seed which is sown, and all sprouting things, and fruit bearing trees, and trees of the wood, and the Garden of Adan, in Adan and all.

8 These four great works 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH created on the third day.

9 And on the fourth day 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH created the sun and the moon and the stars, and set them in the expanse of the Shamaym, to give light upon all the Arath, and to rule over the day and the night, and divide the light from the darkness. And 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH appointed the sun to be a great sign on the Arath for days and for Shabbats and for months and for feasts and for years and for Shabbats of years and for Yubalym (jubilees) and for all seasons of the years.

10 And it divides the light from the darkness and for prosperity, that all things may prosper which shoot and grow on the Arath. These three kinds 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH made on the fourth day.

11 And on the fifth day 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH created great sea monsters in the depths of the waters, for these were the first things of flesh that were created by His hands, the fish and everything that moves in the waters, and everything that flies, the birds and all their kind.

12 And the sun rose above them to prosper them, and above everything that was on the Arath, everything that shoots out of the Arath, and all fruit bearing trees, and all flesh.

13 These three kinds he created on the fifth day.

14 And on the sixth day 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH created all the animals of the Arath, and all cattle, and everything that moves on the Arath.

15 And after all this 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH created man, a man and a woman He created, and gave the man dominion over all that is upon the Arath, and in the seas, and over everything, and over beasts and over cattle, and over everything that moves on the Arath, and over the whole Arath, and over all this 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH gave man dominion. And these four kinds 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH created on the sixth day.

16 And there were altogether two and twenty kinds.

17 And he finished all his work on the sixth day all that is in the Shamaym and on the Arath, and in the seas and in the abysses, and in the light and in the darkness, and in everything.

18 And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH gave us a great sign, the Shabbat, that we should work six days, but guard the Shabbat on the seventh day from all work.

19 And all the Malakym of the presence, and all the Malakym of sanctification, these two great classes he has bidden us to guard the Sabbath with him in Shamaym and on Arath.

20 And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH said unto us: Behold, I will separate unto myself a people from among all the peoples, and these shall guard the Shabbat, and I will sanctify them unto myself as my people and will barak them; as I have sanctified the Shabbat and do sanctify it unto myself, even so will I barak them, and they shall be my people and I will be their 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH.

21 And I have chosen the seed of Ya'aqub from amongst all that I have seen, and have written him down as my firstborn son, and have sanctified him unto myself forever and ever; and I will teach them the Shabbat, that they may guard the Shabbat thereon from all work.

22 And thus he created therein a sign in accordance with which they should guard the Shabbat with us on the seventh day, to eat and to drink, and to barak 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH who has created all things as 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH has Baraked and sanctified unto himself a peculiar people above all peoples, and that they should guard the Shabbat together with us.

23 And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH caused his commands to ascend as a sweet savor acceptable before him all the days.

24 There were two and twenty heads of mankind from A'dam to Ya'aqub, and two and twenty kinds of work were made until the seventh day; this is Baraked and Qadash; and the former also is Baraked and Qadash; and this one serves with that one for sanctification and Barakah.

25 And to this Ya'aqub and his seed it was granted that they should always be the Baraked and Qadashym of the first testimony and Turah, even as he had sanctified and Baraked the Shabbat on the seventh day.

26 For 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH created Shamaym and Arath and everything that he created in six days, and 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH made the seventh day Qadash, for all his works; therefore 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH commanded on its behalf that, whosoever does any work thereon shall die, and that he who defiles it shall surely die.

27 Wherefore do you command the children of Yashar'AL to observe this day that they may keep it Qadash and not do thereon any work, and not to defile it, as it is Qadash (Set Apart) from all other days.

28 And whosoever profanes it shall surely die, and whosoever does thereon any work shall surely die eternally, that the children of Yashar'AL may observe this day throughout their generations, and not be rooted out of the land; for it is a Qadash day and a Baraked day.

29 And everyone who observes it and guards the Shabbat thereon from all his work, will be Qadash and Baraked throughout all days like unto us.

30 Declare and say to the children of Yashar'AL the Turah of this day both that they should guard the Shabbat thereon, and that they should not forsake it in the error of their hearts; and that it is against the Turah to do any work thereon which is unseemly, to do thereon their own pleasure, and that they should not prepare thereon anything to be eaten or drunk, and that it is against the Turah to draw water, or bring in or take out thereon through their gates any burden, which they had not prepared for themselves on the sixth day in their dwellings.

31 And they shall not bring in nor take out from house to house on that day; for that day is more Qadash and Baraked than any Yubalym day of the Yubalym; on this we kept Shabbat in the Shamaym before it was made known to any flesh to guard the Shabbat thereon on the Arath.

32 And the Creator of all things Baraked it, but he did not sanctify all peoples and nations to guard the Shabbat thereon, but Yashar'AL alone: them alone he permitted to eat and drink and to guard the Shabbat thereon on the Arath.

33 And the Creator of all things Baraked this day which he had created for Barakah and Qadashym and Kabad above all days. This Turah and testimony were given to the children of Yashar'AL as a Turah forever unto their generations.
