1st Yahukanun (1 John) — 5
Amunah in the Son of YAHUAH
1 Everyone who believes that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA is Ha'Mashyach has become a child of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH. and everyone who loves the father will also love the children.
2 We know we love the children of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH if we love 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH and obey HIS Commandments.
3 Loving 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH means keeping the Commandments of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, and the commandments of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH are not burdensome.
4 For every child of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH must defeat this evil world, and we only achieve this victory through our Amunah.
5 And who can win this battle against the world? Only those who believe that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA is the Son of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH.
6 And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA Ha'Mashyach was revealed as the Son of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH by His baptism in water and by shedding His blood on the execution stake, not by water only, but by water and blood. And the RUACH who is truth, confirms it with His testimony.
7 So we have these three witnesses
8 The Ruach, the water, and the blood and all three agree.
9 Since we believe man's testimony, surely we can believe the greater testimony that comes from 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH. And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH has testified about HIS Son.
10 All who believe in the Son of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH know in their hearts that this testimony is true. Those who do not believe this are actually calling 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH a liar because they do not believe what 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH has testified about HIS Son.
11 And this is what 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH has testified: HE has given us eternal life, and this life is in HIS Son.
12 Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH does not have life.
Conclusion
13 I have written this to you who believe in the Name of the Son of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, so that you may know you have eternal life.
14 And we are confident that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases HIM.
15 And since we know 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH hears us when we make our requests, we also know that HE will give us what we ask for.
16 If you see a fellow believer sinning in a way that does not lead to death, you should pray, and 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH will give that person life. But there is a sin that leads to death, and I am not saying you should pray for those who commit it.
17 All wicked actions are sin, but not every sin leads to death.
18 We know that the children of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH do not make a practice of sinning, for the Son of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH holds them securely, and the evil one cannot touch them.
19 We know that we are children of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH and that the world around us is under the control of the evil one.
20 We know that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA Ha'Mashyach the Son of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH has come and has shown us the true 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH. And because of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA, we now belong to the true 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH who gives eternal life.
21 Dear children, stay away from all kinds of idols.
