Shabbat Rest for YAHUAH’s People
1 The promise of entering the Shabbat Rest of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH still stands, let us be careful that none of you be found to have fallen short of it.
2 For this good news that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH has prepared this Shabbat rest has been announced to us just as it was to them. But it did them no good because they did not share the Amunah of those who listened to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH.
3 For we who have believed enter that rest, just as 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH has said, “So I declared on oath in my anger, ‘They shall never enter my rest.’” And yet HIS works have been finished since the creation of the world.
4 We know it is ready because of the place in the Scriptures where it mentions the seventh day: “On the seventh day 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH rested from all HIS work.”
5 But in the other passage 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH said, “They will never enter my place of rest.”
6 So the Shabbat rest of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH is there for people to enter, but those who first heard this good news failed to enter because they disobeyed 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH.
7 So 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH set another time for entering His Shabbat rest, and that time is TODAY. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH announced this through King Daud much later in the words already quoted: “TODAY when you hear HIS voice, do not harden your hearts.”
8 Now if Yahusha son of Nun had succeeded in giving them this rest, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH would not have spoken about another day of rest still to come.
9 So there is a Shabbat rest still waiting for the people of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH.
10 For all who have entered into the Shabbat rest of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH have rested from their own labors, just as 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH did after creating the world in six days and Rested on the seventh day.
11 So let us do our best to enter that rest. But if we disobey 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, as the people of Yashar'AL did, we will fall.
12 For the Dabar of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH is living and powerful. The Dabar is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, piercing until it divides soul and spirit, joints and marrow, as it judges the thoughts and purposes of the heart.
13 Nothing in all creation is hidden from 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH. Everything is naked and exposed before the eyes of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, and HE is the One to whom we are accountable.
YAHUSHA Is Our High Kuhan
14 So then, since we have a great High Kuhan who has entered Shamaym, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA the Son of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, let us hold firmly to what we believe.
15 For we do not have a high Kuhan who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have One who has been tempted in every way, just as we are yet He did not sin.
16 Let us therefore come boldly to the Throne of FAVOR, that we may obtain mercy and find favor to help us in time of need.
